We want you to love your Run and Fly items, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
